With the end of the year in sight, people are already giving some thought to their New Year’s resolutions. The start of a new calendar year is the perfect time to examine your life and try to change those things that no longer work for you. Societal expectations are hard on women and a lot of ladies use the transition to take stock of their lives and decide whether or not they are content with their current behaviors.
